Now.
What I'm focused on as of August 2026. This page changes when the focus does.
Work
I'm running Trail of Bits, which we spent the last year rebuilding around AI agents. We placed second at DARPA's AI Cyber Challenge in August 2025 ($3M) and are now applying the same techniques on client engagements. Our engineers are finding around 200 bugs each per week on the right kind of codebase. I wrote up the rebuild on the Trail of Bits blog.
Education
I'm two-thirds through Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management program. Unit 3 starts in October 2026, and I graduate at the end of it.
Life
I've moved from Brooklyn to Coconut Grove and am settling in. I'm still working out what running the company from Miami looks like and which parts of the New York life are worth keeping a foot in. Nika, my Jindo, made the adjustment faster than I did.
Side projects
The Hacker Spirit Scholarship is in its second year at Mineola High School. Pioneer Works in Brooklyn is the thing I still get back up to New York for. I'm also picking up photography again, slowly. This site is the newest one and the one I expect to neglect the most.
Reading
I'm reading Neuromancer by William Gibson. You can find more of what I read on Goodreads and send me recommendations on X.
